1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns on most products from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). However, some products are non-returnable due to their nature, such as:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Health and hygiene products (e.g., face masks, personal care items) once opened
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and boxes).
- The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required for processing your return or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Returns outside the 30-day window will not be accepted unless otherwise specified.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and any necessary forms.
Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with any accessories, instructions, or other items that came with it. Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
Ship the Item: Ship the return item to the address we provide. Please use a traceable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and ensure that you obtain a tracking number.

Please Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund and you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve items for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, and once the item is returned, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized/Customized Products: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Health and Hygiene Products: Items like personal care, beauty products, and undergarments that have been opened or used.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or heavily discounted for clearance are not eligible for returns.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure outlined above once you receive the item.
8. International Returns
If you are located outside of the United States and wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.
